I have worked in the agricultural industry for over 30 years and as a result have gained an appreciation for hard work and innovation. Working on projects on the national and international level has honed my problem-solving abilities by allowing me to work and communicate with a variety of people. I am committed to strategies that improve processes and increase the safety of my co workers and employees. As an innovator, I seek to pioneer new ideas, then patiently work to build them from the ground up. This allows me to be the catalyst that brings opportunity and positive change to an industry that can be slow to replace antiquated processes.

When I'm not brainstorming new ideas and finding projects to work on, I enjoy hunting pheasant and deer. An avid outdoorsman, you can find me biking along the roadways, kayaking in the Raccoon River, or practicing my aim with my crossbow or Benelli.
